TLT's dedicated Planning team works in conjunction with the firm's wider Real Estate group on a number of related projects. The team also acts for a number of stand alone clients many of whom are household names.

In addition to comprehensive expertise advising on planning aspects of both large residential and commercial developments, TLT's planning team are prized for a number of specialisms including planning for town and village greens, planning in respect of mineral extraction and also for social housing projects.
