Our outsourcing specialists have extensive experience in working with outsource service providers and those considering outsourcing, whether of IT systems or related services, telecoms infrastructure, facilities management, logistics or business processes, and whether to onshore or offshore locations.

We provide regular training and seminars for our clients on the legal issues affecting their businesses and arising from outsourcing. This includes issues such as performance management, incentives and sanctions, exit management, change control, regulatory compliance, relationship governance, data transfer, personnel transfers and the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employees) Regulations (TUPE).

We are members of the Intellect Outsourcing Group and National Outsourcing Association (NOA), the UK’s only outsourcing trade association.
