Our Mortgage Enforcement team embraces the principle of treating customers fairly and what this means to our clients in a day to day context. Our focus is on rehabilitation of the mortgage account, with our case handlers trained in techniques to maximise the opportunity of establishing a payment arrangement with the customer.
Where an arrangement acceptable to both the lender and the customer cannot be reached, our focus is to get the matter to hearing and if necessary, possession, as swiftly as possible. Our clients, including HBOS, Barclays Bank and Acenden are used to getting the best results from us, through a combination of our case management system (including the use of Possession Claims Online), our people, and management information to monitor performance.
