We have advised on major transfers of staff in the facilities management (whether hard or soft services), business processing, logistics, financial services, pubco, and contact management sectors.
We are regularly asked to speak to industry forums on TUPE, and provide training to both HR teams and operational staff on due diligence and handling transfers.
We also have an in depth understanding of the post transfer issues faced by employers in these sectors, including customer pressure dismissals, the transfer of public sector terms, the continuing applicability of trade union negotiated agreements and dealing with problematic transferred benefits.
