Training
We offer our clients a range of training, from seminars and case study based workshops to experiential training.
Sessions are developed in discussion with the client to focus on particular risks or issues. Using role play (occasionally involving actors), case study and discussion, the training increases understanding and confidence in the development and use of client policies within relevant legal and regulatory frameworks. We often work in conjunction with legal or HR functions to deliver training to line managers.
Example modules include:
- Allying policies and procedures to regulatory requirements, including Fitness, Treating Customers Fairly and Data Protection
- Disciplinary procedures
- Protection against fraud and the management of investigation in cases of suspicion
- Absence management
- Diversity and equal opportunities
- Managing the risk of bullying and harassment
- Avoiding unlawful discrimination.
