Scam Email

12 May 2011

TLT is aware of scam phone calls and emails requesting bank details and power of attorney that purport to be from a "Richard Leigh of TLT Solicitors Chambers".

These emails are not from TLT. Whilst TLT does employ a pensions specialist named Richard Leigh, these emails and phone calls do not originate from him or anyone else at TLT. If you receive such a phone call or email do not respond to it. Do not supply your bank details.

We do not operate an organisation called TLT Solicitors Chambers and TLT is not associated with any organisation operating under this name.

If you receive communications from TLT and are unsure of their authenticity please contact John Verry in TLT's Risk and Compliance office.

Further information about scam phone calls and emails can be found on the website of the Financial Services Authority or the Home Office.
