TLT welcomes new trainees

TLT is welcoming seven new trainee solicitors to the firm’s training scheme. Rosie Asher, Parisa Clovis, Joe Cobley, Tom Dale, Zoe Holland, Isabelle Miller and Kate Shipton start their training contracts at the national firm this month.

The new trainees will be working in various teams across TLT's Bristol and London offices including Commercial Property, Corporate Recovery & Insolvency, Commercial Dispute Resolution, Planning & Development, Renewables and Social Housing. The firm has trainee intakes every March and September and currently has 26 trainee solicitors currently working through their training contracts.

With expert supervision, the trainees will gain first-hand experience of the law and advising TLT’s clients, which include FTSE-listed, national and international businesses, such as Punch Taverns, Orange, Triodos Bank, WHSmith, Barclays Bank, the Co-operative Group and the Metropolitan Police Authority.

Working within a different specialist team every six months for a period of two years, each of the new trainees will have regular contact with partners and receive comprehensive technical and skills training. The training involves professional as well as legal skills courses with direct contact with clients and contacts. Trainees are also actively encouraged to participate in the firm's environmental and charity work.
