TLT makes associate promotions

11 April 2010

TLT is promoting six solicitors to associate with effect from 1st May 2010. The firm is making promotions across both its Bristol office and its new City premises at 20 Gresham Street.

The new associates are Claire Gibson in the firm's Banking and Asset Finance team; Halim Khan and Nathalie Young in the Banking and Financial Services Litigation team; employment lawyer Catrin Lucas; Peter Naylor in the Corporate team and commercial litigator Helen Thomas.

TLT's HR Director, Graham de Guise, says, "TLT has built a strong reputation for being ambitious and the firm constantly seeks to develop people’s skills and talents. By investing in our people, we are enabling them to meet their professional goals and client needs in an efficient and cost-effective way."

TLT has recently launched a new development programme for associates called 'Aspire', which is designed to accelerate their development. The two year programme, which is bespoke to TLT, will be delivered by a number of providers including one of the UK's leading business schools, Ashridge.

TLT’s Promotions Committee is responsible for recommending the firm’s promotions, which are subject to a thorough review process.
