05 October 2010
TLT has been appointed to provide estate management advice to one of the world's foremost support services and construction companies, Interserve Plc.
Interserve is a UK based global construction company with revenue of £1.9 billion and a workforce of 50,000 worldwide. Interserve counts the BBC, NHS, and the Ministry of Defence among its clients and is involved with projects ranging from schools and hospitals to bridges, airports, prisons, offices and shopping centres.
The company, which recently reviewed its panel of commercial property solicitors, has appointed TLT jointly with one other firm to provide the advice on the management of their UK property portfolio.
Tim Rowe, a partner in TLT's 114-strong real estate group says, "We're delighted to be advising Interserve across its diverse 150 strong property portfolio across the UK".
TLT acts for developers, local authorities and landowners looking to maximise the development value of their landholdings. Clients include the British Waterways Board, London Boroughs Legal Alliance and Punch Taverns.
