TLT retains 100% of qualifying trainees
01 August 2009
TLT is one of only a handful of the UK's top 100 law firms that is offering jobs to all of its trainees qualifying in September 2009. The firm is also honouring its commitment to provide training contracts for all 15 new trainees joining the firm in September 2009 and March 2010.
The six trainees qualifying in September will join TLT's Professional Negligence, Employment, Corporate Recovery & Insolvency, Planning & Development and Commercial Property teams.
TLT's HR Director, Graham de Guise, commented "TLT is committed to investing in staff development at every level. Our trainees play an important role in the future of our business and it's great to know that our trainees genuinely enjoy working with TLT and want to continue to develop their careers with the firm."
TLT was recognised as "a great place to train" in The Lex 100, an independent guide to UK law firms for students. The guide praised TLT for the experience it offers to trainee lawyers during their training contract with the firm and described the firm as "intelligent and high-achieving but with a relaxed attitude".
TLT's trainee recruitment and retention follows the firm's reappointment to Barclays Bank's litigation and corporate recovery panels and also its appointment to advise the Metropolitan Police Authority.
