TLT advises Sword on multi-million pound acquisition

TLT has completed a high profile multi-million pound acquisition for Sword Group SA. The Parisian listed international and industrial IT services and products company has acquired Graham Technology, a 2,000 strong provider of customer-oriented business software and services.

Richard Tall, Corporate Finance specialist and partner at TLT, led a team of 20 lawyers from different disciplines across the firm including real estate, commercial and employment. The team instructed firms in nine jurisdictions and managed the entire process in under four weeks.
