TLT named Corporate Law Firm of the Year

TLT has been named Corporate Law Firm of the Year in the 2007 South West Deal Awards, which recognise corporate finance success in the South West. TLT beat regional rivals Burges Salmon, Osborne Clarke, Bond Pearce and Ashfords to the prestigious title.

TLT's Corporate Finance team has grown rapidly in both strength and capability and, in recent years, has emerged as a serious national player regularly competing, and winning, work away from leading national law firms. Over the last year the team has acted for an impressive client list including 3i, Avon Rubber, Somerfield Stores, Alfred McAlpine, Parragon Books, First Choice, Triodos Bank and the Mitsubishi Corporation as well as a number of clients listed on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and AIM. 

The team now comprises 17 dedicated corporate finance lawyers and advises on the whole range of corporate finance services including mergers and acquisitions, MBO's, private equity investments, on and off market fundraising and corporate restructuring.
