New Financial Litigation partner

TLT has appointed Andy Lyon as a partner in its Banking and Financial Services Litigation team.

Andy is a highly respected litigator with over 15 years experience at City law firms Rosling King and SGH advising a broad range of national lenders on debt recovery, defended repossession and professional negligence issues, with particular focus on claims involving valuers, solicitors and accountants. More recently Andy has worked in-house as a senior claims solicitor at Martello Professional Risks Limited defending complex high profile claims against a wide range of professionals.

Andy will work alongside partners Richard Waller, Jonathan Hoey, Graham Walters and Charles Spragge within TLT's 27-strong Financial Services Litigation team, which operates out of TLT's London and Bristol offices. The team is part of TLT's Banking and Lender Services Group headed by Richard Waller and supports the 200 strong mortgage arrears and conveyancing teams overseen by Graham Walters which acts for major lenders.

Andy's appointment coincides with the recent re-appointment of TLT to the Barclays Litigation and Business Support panels.
