TLT welcomes talented new trainees

01 September 2007
Award-winning, top 100 law firm TLT welcomes six new trainee solicitors to the firm's training scheme.

TLT's commitment to excellence ensures trainees benefit from a well-developed and challenging training programme. Each trainee will spend six months in a different 'seat' or specialist team, getting first hand experience of law in action and advising and dealing with TLT's clients under expert supervision. This year's trainees will initially join TLT's corporate finance, commercial property and banking and financial services litigation teams and will be based in both Bristol and London offices.

The new recruits make a total of 21 trainee solicitors who are currently working through their two-year training with the firm. TLT's training scheme has a very high retention rate and this year, all qualifying trainees have chosen to stay with TLT.

TLT's Training Principal and Partner Philip May says, "TLT's trainees are a valued addition to the firm's success - development of our talent is a key part of our strategy and we recruit to retain. I'm delighted to welcome Samuel McCollum, Matthew Grimwood, Tessa Glover Veronica Gomez-Luque, Sarah Watson and Emily Reeve to TLT".
